All interested applicants are able to acquire desired vocation with state financing in the fields of Construction, Transport, Mechanics Engineering and Technology, Environmental engineering and Safety, Energy and Power Engineering, Computing, Business Administration, etc.
Registration is possible only with an ID card. The staff responsible for the registration process provides applicants with all necessary information about proposed programs. After the end of the registration process, an applicant shall have to pass professional ability test organized by National Examinations Center. The test ensures transparency and impartiality of the enrollment process, checks skills and abilities of applicants. Consequently, results of the test do not present an obstacle for enrollment. Those applicants who will be enrolled as a result of a contest and pass minimum competency level in testing shall have an opportunity to get education free of charge in college “Spectri” and those who are unable to pass minimum competency level may continue studies and pay tuition fee themselves.
